Encarnacion Architectural Builders

We draw it, then we build it.

Most homeowners hire an architect, then hunt for a contractor, then argue about who owns the mistakes. We do both halves. One team carries your house from the first sketch to the day you turn the key.

What we are

We are builders who draw, working out of Araneta Street in Singcang. The plan, the pour, the plaster, the cabinetry and the lighting all come from the same office, so nothing gets lost in the handover between trades.

That matters most in the finishes. A cove ceiling only reads properly if the electrician set the channel before the plasterer closed it up, and a feature wall only lines up if the carpenter had the elevation in hand. We sequence those trades ourselves rather than hoping they meet on site.

Most clients start at the first one and stay through the fourth. You can also come to us partway, with drawings already in hand.

The cove lighting was the thing I was most worried about, and it is the thing every visitor asks about now. They set the channels weeks before anyone could see why.
